No. We serve San Jose and nearby neighborhoods at a flat rate. The price you see covers the wash and everything included — there's no fuel surcharge, no zip code penalty, no surprise line item at checkout.

Because we drive to you, set up a full self-contained grooming van in your driveway, use our own water and electricity, and spend 30–45 minutes with your dog one-on-one. Petco washes your dog in a back room with three other dogs waiting. We're not competing on price — we're competing on your dog's experience.

Neither. The van carries its own fresh water tank and runs off an onboard power system. You don't need to run a hose or an extension cord. All you do is open your gate.

Tips are always appreciated but never expected. If your dog was difficult, if we went over the estimated time without complaint, or if the service exceeded your expectations — that's when most clients tip. A good rule of thumb is the same 15–20% you'd tip at a salon.

We'll let you know before we start. Mild matting we can work through during the brush-out at no extra charge. Severe matting that would hurt the dog to brush out needs to be shaved first — we don't do cuts, so we'll refer you to a groomer and reschedule after. We never force through a painful brush-out just to finish the job.

No. Our prices are flat across our entire San Jose service area. North San Jose, Willow Glen, Almaden Valley, Berryessa — same price. The only thing that changes the price is your dog's weight.
