One van, one owner — so if we are elbow-deep in a golden retriever when you ring, you get voicemail. Tell us when suits you instead and the phone rings on your schedule, every day 8am – 10pm.
Just want a wash booked? Skip the call — pick a real open time and get an instant confirmation.
The number that calls you back is the same one that washes your dog. No script, no transfer, no hold music.
We call inside the block you choose, every day 8am – 10pm. If we miss you, we text so you are not left guessing.
Prices are published ($75–155, by dog size) and do not change based on what you tell us — this call is for your questions, not a quote.
The number is the only thing we need. Everything else just means we can answer your question on the first call instead of the second.
Prefer to write it out? The contact page takes messages, and the FAQ already answers water, parking, weather, and tipping.
