Why mobile works better
Dogs are calmer at home. It really is that simple.
At a grooming salon, your dog has already spent 10–20 minutes stressed in a car, overwhelmed by unfamiliar smells, and surrounded by other anxious animals before anyone touches their paws. That is not a recipe for a calm nail trim.
At home, the baseline is completely different. Your dog is on their own turf, smells familiar, and has not burned through their patience before we arrive. The result is a faster, calmer trim with less resistance.
You can also be right there the whole time. No drop-off, no uncertainty, no wondering what is happening on the other side of a door. You see everything, and your presence keeps your dog grounded.

No. The nail trim is included in every wash, along with ear cleaning and a full brush-out. The wash price is set by your dog's size and nothing else, and it shows before you confirm.
We do not do nail-only visits. The trim comes with the wash, so the way to get your dog's nails done is to book a wash and the nails are handled in the same visit at no extra charge.
Clipping uses a scissor or guillotine-style cutter for a fast trim. Grinding uses a rotary tool to file the nail down gradually, leaving a smoother edge and allowing more precision near the quick. Grinding takes a little longer but many dogs tolerate it better once they get used to the sound. Tell us which you prefer when you book — either way it is included in the wash.
Yes. Paw sensitivity is one of the most common grooming challenges. We use treats, slow desensitization, and take breaks as needed. For very sensitive dogs we may recommend a couple of short sessions to build comfort before a full trim.
Most dogs need a trim every 3–4 weeks. Dogs who walk a lot on pavement naturally wear their nails down faster. A good rule of thumb: if you can hear clicking on hard floors, it is time.
