Bay Area Mobile Dog Wash is hiring a mobile groomer or bather for the South Bay. You work out of a fully equipped van, one dog at a time, in the client's driveway — no salon floor, no cage dryers, no double-booked table.
The greater of $22/hour or 45% commission.
Whichever is higher that pay period — you never pick wrong. Tips are yours in full. The hourly floor means you are paid for driving, setup, and van cleaning, not only for dogs on the table.

Nearly every groomer started by bathing. If you have washed dogs at a daycare, a shelter, a kennel, or a salon — or you are partway through a grooming course and need real hours — the bather role is a genuine path in, not a dead end. You would bathe, brush, dry and de-shed while learning the table work, and we train you on the rest. Say so in the form and we will read your application in that light.
