Yes. Rivermark is one of our easier areas — guest parking near most units gives us the single space we need, and the streets are wide enough to work safely. If your complex has restrictions on service vehicles, let us know when booking and we will confirm the arrangement first.
Usually yes. The Old Quad's driveways tend to be deep, which suits us better than the street does. If yours is tight, the curb directly outside works — we need roughly one parking space and about 10 feet of clear width.
Yes, including the surrounding student housing and the neighborhoods off The Alameda. Street parking there is tighter, so booking a mid-morning or early-afternoon slot usually makes setup easier for both of us.
