Privacy Policy

When you book a wash we ask for exactly these things, and nothing else:

• •First and last name — so we know who we are meeting.
• •Email address — for the booking confirmation.
• •Phone number — for the text when we are on the way, and to reach you if something changes.
• •Street address — so we can drive a van to that address. This is a service that comes to you, so we need to know where you are. It is used to get to your appointment and for nothing else.
• •Your dog's name — so we are not calling them “the dog” all visit.
• •Your dog's size — because size sets the price. Nothing else changes it.
• •Notes (optional) — anything you choose to tell us about your dog. This field is optional and you should leave out anything you would not want written on an appointment.

We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, your government ID, or your payment card details. Payment is taken at the end of the visit through a card reader or a payment link, and card numbers are handled by the payment processor, never stored by us.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information for money or for anyone else's advertising. We have never done it and the business does not depend on it. The only parties who see your booking details are the ones listed above, and only because they are required to run the service.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is genuinely necessary to protect someone's safety.

We keep booking records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

We are a California business serving California customers. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the following rights:

• •Right to know — what categories of personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to. The complete answer is on this page.
• •Right to delete — the personal information we hold about you, subject to the narrow exceptions the law allows, such as records we must keep for tax purposes.
• •Right to correct — inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• •Right to opt out of sale or sharing — of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page will say so first and a clear opt-out link will appear.
• •Right to non-discrimination — for exercising any of these rights. Your price and your service do not change.
• •Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — which we do not collect. We do not collect precise geolocation from your device, government identifiers, biometric data, or any of the other categories the law treats as sensitive.

The categories we collect are identifiers (name, email, phone number, street address, IP address), commercial information (the wash you booked and paid for), and internet activity (how you used this site). We collect them directly from you when you book, and automatically through analytics when you browse.
