We park near your building and wash your dog at the van, with our own water, heat and power. Your bathroom never gets involved.
The short answer
Do mobile dog groomers come to apartments? Yes, and we do.
A mobile groomer does not need your home. It needs somewhere legal to park. Our van is fully self-contained, so an apartment or condo works exactly like a house with a driveway: we pull into a visitor space or up to the curb, you bring the dog down, and the wash happens at the van. Apartments and condos with no hose hookup are among our most common stops, not a special request.
We are a wash-only service: warm-water bath, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning and a full dry, about 45 minutes for most dogs. No haircuts. If your dog needs a cut, we will say so. Here is how a visit works from booking to done.

What we need
About one parking space
Roughly one space with about 10 feet of clear width so the van can open up safely. A visitor space, a loading zone, or street parking directly outside your building is plenty.
Access you have arranged
Gate codes, a guest parking pass, or building permission are yours to sort out before the visit. Put them in your booking notes so we are not stuck at the gate.
Your dog, at the curb or the door
Walk them down when we text that we have arrived. If bringing them down is the hard part, we can come to your door and get them.
What we never need
- Your water. The van carries its own fresh tank and heats it on board.
- Your power. Nothing plugs into your unit, your garage or the building.
- Your bathroom. No tub, no drain, no wet floor, no towels to wash.
- Your drain. Dirty water goes into a sealed tank in the van and leaves with us.

Stairs, elevators, small dogs
Getting the dog down is the only part that changes.
Most people take the elevator or stairs down when we text that we have arrived, hand over the leash, and head back up. You do not need to wait at the curb for the whole wash; we text when your dog is done.
If an upper floor, a dog that pulls, or your own mobility makes that hard, we can come to your door and get them. The harness goes on before any door opens, small dogs get carried and big dogs walk. How door pickup works.
Small apartment dogs are washed with someone holding them steady in the tub, not left to scramble. They also come back fully dry, so no damp dog on your sofa for the afternoon.

The shower-stall method, free.

Many do, as long as there is somewhere legal to park near the building. We do, and apartments and condos are among our most common stops. Our van is self-contained, so all we need is roughly one parking space close to your building. Nothing from your unit gets used.
No. The van carries its own fresh water, heats it on board, and runs on its own power. We do not connect to a spigot or plug into anything, which is why buildings with no hose hookup are no problem.

No. The whole wash happens at the van. Your dog comes back washed and dried, so there is no wet dog shaking in the hallway and no fur in your shower drain.
Small dogs are the easiest to wash at home in a sink, and our apartment bath guide shows how. If you would rather not, a small-dog wash is $75, with the nail trim and ear cleaning included.
