Tell us if your dog has ever bitten or snapped, even once, even a long time ago. This is not a disqualifier, it is information that decides handling and whether a muzzle comes out.

Known triggers.

Nail trims, ears, being lifted, strangers reaching over the head, whatever sets your dog off. Knowing the trigger in advance means we can work around it instead of finding it by accident.

Muzzle tolerance.

If your dog already wears one comfortably, say so, it can make the visit safer and shorter. If a muzzle has never been tried, that is useful to know too.

What has worked before.

A past groomer's trick, a specific treat, a particular way of approaching. Anything that has calmed your dog before is worth telling us, it saves the whole visit ten minutes of guessing.

None of this is a liability disclaimer, it is what makes the visit possible. The more we know before we knock, the calmer the actual wash goes.
